What kind of regulations are applicable to building signs?

Numerous building and electrical codes apply to designing, constructing, installating and operating a permenant building sign. These codes maybe mandated by the state, city, and/or county where the sign is to be installed.

A local sign code, a.k.a. sign criteria, may also be enforced by the management of the building property. This criteria is often more aesthetic based and geared toward making the commercial property look uniform. Some of the regulations might be the type of sign to be made, the colors to be used, the maximum size of the sign and etc...

Grafiks Advertising and Signs has had a Contractors State Lincense since 1989.
